Service Desk Engineer

Essential for providing technical support and maintaining client satisfaction. Requires a mix of technical knowledge, including desktop support, cloud infrastructure, networking, and communication technologies, along with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Handle front-line incident resolution and must be eager to learn and collaborate with the Level 2 team for complex issues. The position emphasises both technical proficiency and a customer-centric approach, with a focus on continuous learning and effective teamwork.

Senior Technical Engineer

A pivotal role where we value expertise, dedication, a passion for technology and an understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, and IT Security. Is a technical escalation point for the Service Desk and Technical Onsite Engineers. Also manages clients’ environments and implements projects to optimise their systems.

Senior Technical Engineer – Team Leader

This role leads a skilled technical team and focuses on cloud technologies like Microsoft 365, Azure, and IT Security. Leadership skills require professionalism, exceptional customer service, and a passion for technical excellence.

The role mentors a team in managing projects related to End-User Compute and Cloud and Hybrid Infrastructure, inspiring them to achieve innovation and excellence. This role is central to driving client satisfaction through effective team guidance and the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Senior Infrastructure Consultant

This role guides enterprise clients to success. Focused on exceptional service, it manages enterprise IT projects, facilitates smooth client onboarding, addresses technical escalations, and supports critical tasks. Collaborating with clients and internal teams, it designs and implements infrastructure solutions that meet business goals. Deep knowledge and experience are required to lead innovative and scalable solutions that enhance client operations and contribute to their success.
