By using or accessing the Platinum Technology Online Quoting Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
Quote Validity
All quotes issued by Platinum Technology are valid for a period of 14 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices, product availability, and terms may be subject to change after the validity period.
Acceptance of Quote
Acceptance of a quote must be performed via our Online Quoting Platform within the validity period. All other forms of acceptance will not be binding.
Product Availability
All products quoted are subject to availability at the time of order confirmation. Platinum Technology reserves the right to substitute equivalent or upgraded items if the quoted product is unavailable, with prior customer approval.
Payment Terms
Full payment is required within 14 days of the date of invoice, unless otherwise agreed. Invoices for purchases will be issued upon delivery. If delivery is completed in multiple shipments, invoices will be issued for each shipment as it is delivered.
Pricing
The prices quoted are in AUD unless specified as another currency in the quote. Additional shipping, handling, or installation costs will be communicated in the quote or at the time of acceptance.
Cancellation and Amendments
Once a quote is accepted, any cancellation or amendment requests must be made in writing. Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the status of the order and procurement process.
Warranty and Support
All hardware products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, as outlined in the quote. Platinum Technology may provide additional support if explicitly stated in the quote.
Limitation of Liability
Platinum Technology will not be held liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by factors beyond its reasonable control, including supply chain disruptions or third-party delays.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of NSW.
